I just wanted to let everyone especially those I haven't talked to lately know that after 30+ years in the business; I have been making some changes.

I no longer work only the Volvo Penta product line but now deal with many other manufactures, which give me access to a wide range of engines, parts, equipment and supplies. I'm able to access to a wide range of aftermarket parts many at considerable savings over the OEM (ORIGINAL ENGINE MANUFACTURE) versions and the first hand experience to know what is as good or better than original and what is not up to standard and should be avoided.

The shop has been down sized to match the overall economy and no longer keeps an open store front but I am still no further than your phone or e-mail. Exports and technical assistance have been a growing part of the business. I have also been offering presurvey inspections of boats and equipment giving potential buyers the onsite information to help them decide whether they should invest in the expense of hiring a hull surveyor plus an engine surveyor as well as the cost of hauling a boat and in some cases travel expenses for the potential buyer.
